A Pelvic Flaw? - 28th Sept 2018

Take back control of your body and allow your muscles to move in harmony once again.

◇  become stronger and more confident about your body  ◇

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction can be avoided by understanding why our bodies need to move correctly. It is not just age or babies that weaken our pelvic floor  muscles. Traditional, isolated exercises may not be the answer. Andrea explains how many fun, rejuvenating lifestyle changes and exercises can be made to reduce:

•  Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP)

•  Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti)

•  Stress and urge incontinence

  1. Bladder sensitivity

  2. Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)

  3. Hernias - hiatus, umbilical, inguinal, femoral

•  Sacroiliac joint pain

•  Back, hip, knee and foot pain

•  Sexual dysfunction
